SUNDAY LITURGY RECAP

Welcome to our Sunday Recap. If you missed our service this Sunday or are just looking for another expression of our corporate worship, scroll through this post and click the links for each element. Participate freely and worship a worthy God.

CALL TO WORSHIP

Psalm 136:1 says, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever". Knowing that God's love will never fail should stir our hearts and bring us to our knees in worship.Your Love Never Fails

CONFESSION

Come As You Are

ASSURANCE OF GRACE

Be Thou My VisionGreeting Time and Announcements:

Each week we pray for another local church in town because we believe we are not the gospel answer to Flagstaff but that God is using all his Christian churches to redeem the city. This week, we prayed for a church located in Houston: El Tabernaculo. They are a bilingual congregation that has been serving and impacting the city of Houston for over 75 years. We lifted up Pastor J Alfaro and his team as they minister to those that go to their distribution center for supplies and other needs. If you would like to donate to Preemptive Love to help Hurricane Harvey efforts, go here.

SERMON

Jesus is Real

Vince Garvey / September 3rd, 2017 / Acts 22:30-23:35

COMMUNION & RESPONSE

Each week we respond to the truth of God’s word in four ways.

COMMUNION:

On the night that Jesus was arrested He broke bread and drank wine with His disciples symbolizing His body that was broken and the blood that was poured out on the cross. Take some time to remember that Jesus died for the sins of those who would trust in Him.

SINGING:

BENEDICTION

May we, having been blessed by God and called His people, go and be a blessing to the city of Flagstaff, living as first fruits of the Kingdom of God for His glory. Amen.

REFLECTION QUESTION

As we reflect on the reality that Jesus is real, ask yourself, "When is the last time you let Jesus be Lord over your life?"
