9.20.15 Sunday Recap

CALL TO WORSHIP

This Sunday, Anna Singleton talked about how the gifts God has given us and miracles he has done in our life can position our hearts to be thankful. This should lead us into worship of God because of his goodness, and turn our focus not to the gifts themselves but onto the one who gives the gift to lead us into worship with God.

COMMUNION & RESPONSE

Each week we respond to the truth of God's word in four ways.

Communion:

On the night that Jesus was arrested he broke bread and drank wine with his disciples symbolizing the body that was broken and the blood that was poured out on the cross. Take the time to remember that Jesus died for the sins of those who would trust in him.
