This Week's Lesson: This week was our second week in the series "Blessed." We focused on the act of serving. We learned that Jesus came as a servant to us so that we would also be servants in the world. We also saw how Jesus was the greatest servant of all by giving his life for us on the cross, even though he himself had done nothing wrong.Our Memory Verse: John 13:12-17 "If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet."Our Prayer: Jesus, You were the ultimate servant by dying on the cross for us. Forgive us for not serving others. Thank you for showing me how to serve. Help me to serve my church, my city, and my world.Family Activity: Identify one way you as a family can serve the church. Start the process for serving this week.
