CALL TO WORSHIP

Lindsay Chance read from Psalm 103, and showed us how similar it is to our first song, Hundred Miles, and how we should shout praises to God because His glory is manifested everywhere in our lives.

Greeting Time and Announcements:

Each week we pray for another local church in town because we believe we are not the gospel answer to Flagstaff but that God is using all his Christian churches to redeem the city. This week we did an All of Life Interview with Jim Daulton who is a Firefighter.  We prayed for fire fighters and anyone who is part of the public service industry.

COMMUNION & RESPONSE

Each week we respond to the truth of God’s word in four ways.

COMMUNION:

On the night that Jesus was arrested he broke bread and drank wine with his disciples symbolizing the body that was broken and the blood that was poured out on the cross. Take the time to remember that Jesus died for the sins of those who would trust in him.

SINGING:

Scandal of GraceStrong GodLord, I Need You

BENEDICTION

May we, having been blessed by God and called his people, go and be a blessing to the city of Flagstaff, living as first fruits of the Kingdom of God for God’s glory. Amen.

REFLECTION QUESTION

Do you your prayers look more like self-preservation prayers or prayers for God to use you?
