CALL TO WORSHIP

We saw in the sermon on the mount, that God is holy, a good and loving father, and a good judge that will right every wrong.  That should stir our hearts to praise and worship him this morning! Praise be to a God that is so so good.

ASSURANCE OF GRACE

Death In His Grave

Greeting Time and Announcements:

Each week we pray for another local church in town because we believe we are not the gospel answer to Flagstaff but that God is using all his Christian churches to redeem the city. This week we actually prayed for Redemption Gilbert & Redemption Gateway both down in the valley. Redemption Gilbert is celebrating 25 years so we praised God for all he has done through them and for being our anchor church. Redemption Gateway is starting their building campaign to raise money for renovations. Please pray that God would stir their congregation's hearts in generosity and ultimately that he would provide for them.

SERMON

Sermon On the Mount

Vince Garvey || The Solid Rock || Matthew 7:24-29

LISTEN TO SERMON

COMMUNION & RESPONSEEach week we respond to the truth of God’s word in four ways.

COMMUNION:

On the night that Jesus was arrested he broke bread and drank wine with his disciples symbolizing the body that was broken and the blood that was poured out on the cross. Take the time to remember that Jesus died for the sins of those who would trust in him.

SINGING:

BENEDICTION

May we, having been blessed by God and called his people, go and be a blessing to the city of Flagstaff, living as first fruits of the Kingdom of God for God’s glory. Amen.

REFLECTION QUESTION

Is Jesus the ultimate authority in your life? How can you, this week, make changes to build your life on the rock?
